Our Programs
Entrepreneurship programs provide an invaluable platform for aspiring business leaders to collaborate, share experiences, and learn from one another. These structured groups bring together individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering a supportive environment that encourages innovation and growth. Participants engage in workshops, mentorship opportunities, and peer feedback sessions, all designed to refine their business ideas and strategies. By leveraging collective knowledge and resources, entrepreneurship cohorts empower members to navigate the complexities of starting and scaling a business, ultimately enhancing their chances of success in a competitive landscape.

Facilitated Business Model Canvas Program
This 10 week in-person cohort will utilize the Business Model Canvas in the program. The facilitators are experienced business owners that will complement their knowledge and skills set by bringing in guest speakers to enable participants to learn from their respective areas of expertise. The curriculum program is an integrated model encompassing key content areas, access to mentors and networking opportunities to meet with various community resources/. Participants will complete a Business Model Canvas as the key deliverable. A business pitch competition will be held during the last session.
Sessions are held weekly on Wednesday from 6-8:30 p.m.
Program Starts September 25th and runs through November 27th.

Facilitated Getting Started Program
This program will be an in-person 6 week cohort that will run from January 22nd to February 27th and be conducted at FSCJ Downtown. It will cover the key functional areas of getting started to include: Basics of Starting; Market Research and Strategies; Developing a Management Team; Accounting/Finance; Sources of Funding, Franchising & Acquisition; and Community Resources. Subject matter professionals will be invited as guests to the sessions to provide in-depth information on the respective topics. All participants will be provided a mentor and will be encouraged to continue meeting with the mentor upon completion of the Cohort. Each week participants will learn about the services of a community resource and will be given a handout that provides information about the various resources. Participants will complete and present a Pitch Deck.

Facilitated Growth Program
The program consists of 6 weeks of 3- hour evening sessions and is designed for participants to develop a strategic growth plan to grow and expand their business. The cohort will start Wednesday, April 9th and end Wednesday, May 14th and will be conducted at FSCJ Downtown Campus. . Each week the participants will work on developing the strategic growth strategy for their business and at the end of the Cohort will have a written strategy. Participants will learn about the various resources available in the community.
